It seems that there are more and more differences between the WN and the LN (or at least it is difficult to locate a part of the illustration) but it seems that Arc 22 overlaps with Book 8 and from Arc 23 begins Book 9

      I forgot to update TOC, Arc 23 is in Book 9.
